Welcome to The Fairy Queen
The Fairy Queen is an artisan bakery and cake studio, based in Shannon, Co. Clare. We create bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for occasions of every size — from birthdays, christenings, communions to weddings and corporate events.
Every Saturday, our Bake Shop counter is filled with freshly baked cinnamon rolls, croissants, brownies, cookies and freshly baked treats, all made by hand and warm from the oven. We also serve a light lunch menu, featuring our toasties, coffee, and sweet treats during the week.

Saturday Bakeshop
Saturday mornings are made for warm cinnamon rolls. Our counter is filled each week with freshly baked cinnamon rolls, croissants, brownies, cookies and plenty more. The selection changes regularly, with new flavours and seasonal specials appearing throughout the year. Visit us every Saturday from 10am-2pm. Pre order Saturday Bakes for collection or call in and choose from the counter.
